Our core business is the so called M.I.C.E. market therefore you can count on us for whichever service you may need both for incentive travels, conference & meetings and events management. Italy’s geographical configuration, weather and works of art are renowned worldwide. The Mediterranean Basin – which is responsible for a mild climate, Italy’s well preserved natural beauties, its extraordinary artistic heritage and manifold cultural events – attracts countless tourists every year. Hotels, rooms and accommodation facilities are constantly increasing in number and the standard of service provided is regarded as one of the best in the world.

The congress sector represents a much sought-after segment of the tourist offer, so the majority of emerging tourist countries have been targeting it as well, particularly in recent years. Having said that, Europe still hosts 60% of all congresses & events and Italy is one of the most sought-after destinations.

Suffice it to say that the Italian congress & events system registers over 100,000 meetings on a yearly basis (congresses, meetings, conventions, and conferences) and hosts over 20 million persons attending, while the hotel industry registers over 14 million congress overnight stays.

Indeed, thanks to its geographic location coupled with a tourist offer encompassing an ample selection of products and services, Italy is a strongly competitive country and boasts areas that can be potentially developed to the full in terms of tourist facilities, mainly in the South, next to β€œfully” developed areas that still have considerable room for growth, above all in particularly dynamic sectors such as ours.

The reasons behind Italy’s strong appeal in the tourist sector lie in the country’s extraordinary combination of resources that make our offer wide-ranging and rich. In the congress sector as well our offer can rely on a number of attractive features that are appreciated worldwide: an ample choice of destinations; Italy’s wonderful cities of art and their ancient artistic and historical heritage; manifold smaller and less renowned but nonetheless equally charming centers that are also full of traditions; quality food and wine; the sea and the Mediterranean charm of Italy’s coastline; the spas, which provide treatments and wellbeing; in addition to mountains, lakes, natural reserves and protected areas, which all contribute to forming a unique landscape that has been skillfully molded by man throughout the centuries, while respecting the environment and its resources. In short, a lot more good reasons for choosing Italy as a meeting venue.
