- Maharaja Welcome
On arrival at the hotel, you are accorded a Maharaja Welcome β βa welcome fit for a Kingβ. A stunning tableau of beautifully decorated elephants or camels and horses unforlds before you, recreating the atmosphere of medieval times. Ladies in colourful costumes perform the traditional garlanding. βaartiβ and βtikaβ ceremony while the music of the βshehnaiβ welcomes you. Relax with a welcome drink.
- Mughal Theme Dinner
You have the opportunity to adorn typical Indian attire and experience the lifestyle reminiscent of the Mughals, recreated through the grandeur of this traditional Mughal theme evening. It is reflected in the specially designed chowkis ( low-seating tables ), gaddas ( luxurious mattresses ) and plush bolsters and cushions all draped in richly embroidered fabric. The sultry melodies of live Indian classical music, sumptuous Mughal cuisine, live Kathak dance performance ( the royal dance of the Mughal Courts ) makes a traditional Mughal dinner, a truly unforgettable experience.
- Royal Dinner at City Palace
A Royal meal at the magnificent venueΒ at City Palace provides a splendid, once-in-a-lifetime experience to the visitors. City Palace was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II as part of his ambitious city project, and his successors continued to ornament and add to the elegant buildings up until the 20th century. The palace has always been much more than the grand residence of a royal family.
In the evening, guests will be taken to the beautifully illuminated City Palace where you will be accorded a traditional welcome with caparisoned elephants, garlands and tika ceremony. Enjoy a glass of champagne. An elaborate buffet dinner will be served at the private dining hall of the Maharaja of Jaipur, which is decorated with mirrors and gold lacquer. Live presentation raditional Rajasthani folk music and scintillating dances will accompany the dinner. The evening concludes with a magnificent display of fireworks.
- Champagne Breakfast at Taj Khema
Following you early morning visit to the Taj Mahal, ear yourself away from this fabulous marble creation and walk a short distance to Taj Khema, an elevated garden with excellent views of the Taj Mahal. Enjoy a champagne breakfast with the splendid Taj Mahal as the backdrop.
- Cocktails on the Royal Gangaur Boat
In the evening, you will be transferred to the jetty to board the Gangaur Boat, the royal barge of the house of Mewar furnished in shades of red and royal blue and decorated in imperial style. Enjoy cocktails on board as the antique barge takes you on a short cruise around the mystical Lake Pichola.
- Cricket Match with Beer Lunch
As a special interactive event, enjoy an exciting limited over cricket match. Two teams will be selected, one team being the incentives special and the other team being the local team. The arrangements would include a specially designed cup, prizes for the winning team, hoardings and banners at the venue; a special buffet layout and bar. Following the match, enjoy a beer lunch on the grounds.
- Exhibition Snake Boat Race with Lunch
A Snake Boat Race especially arranged for you in a carefully selected stretch of the backwaters. There will be two teams of rowers, one boat will be of the local oarsmen and the other boat a mix of the local oarsmen and group members who have a strong heart for adventure. From the starting point, the elegant, low-slung chundan vallam (snake boats) will be flagged off to the beat of the local drums.
